We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was very convenient, with major shopping malls and restaurants just a short distance away. It was also close to the airport, which made our travel arrangements so much easier. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, and modern, providing enhanced comfort during our stay. The room service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that everything remained clean and tidy throughout our visit. We also appreciated the laundry facilities and tours/ticket assistance offered by the hotel. The room amenities were impressive, with ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace providing a relaxing environment. The in-room safe and dining table were also great additions, adding to the comfort and convenience of our stay. we were extremely satisfied with the quality of service and amenities provided at this hotel.

All good but the breakfast was exceptional.

We ran out of toilet paper but it wasn't a problem to get some from the office. But the main problem I will comment about is the shower. It needs a glass screen to the floor, rather than a curtain as the whole bathroom is flooded when you have a shower. We mopped up with towels after each shower but most people would find that annoying. My elderly parents would not be able to cope with that. I would recommend this hotel as the price is good but not to elderly people.

The motel was close to bus stops and to the business we were in the city for.

The unit was not clean, the microwave was above my head and therefore unusable for hot meals and we had expected twin beds and a spa bath, neither of which were in evidence.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome during our entire stay. the location was perfect for exploring the area and we were able to easily walk to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the fact that free parking was available, which saved us money and hassle. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Motel was clean. The bath towels were very good quality, lovely and soft. We appreciated the free internet.

The noise level from the busy road nearby can be quite disruptive.

Great location close to the airport and town. The service is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern, plus the breakfast is yummy and delivered to your door.

Booking over the phone was a hassle, as we were told different prices and the staff was not very professional or polite. The man we dealt with seemed unhappy with our cash payment and giving us change was an inconvenience to him. The milk jar in the fridge was not sealed, which was a bit concerning. staying here seemed like a hassle.
